PASSION WITH PURPOSE

SoulVision was founded by Dr. Mar in honor of her mother Mary A. Lebrón, a compassionate teacher, who believed that each person has the potential to impact society in ways beyond their imagination. Dr. Mar's mom taught her to embrace her own story  in overcoming adversity to stand proudly as a self-determined woman and  member of the LGBTQ and Latino communities with a strong sense of faith, the power to dream, and the courage to use her voice when so many said not to.

SoulVision is a leadership consulting business, specializing in workshops and motivational speeches designed to motivate, inspire, and stimulate critical thought, personal responsibIlity, and action.  We promote leadership development based on five main principles, which are the foundation and keys to our success:

  1. Effective leaders facilitate positive social change.

  2. Effective leaders take risks and personal responsibility.

  3. Effective leaders move through failure to success.

  4. Effective leaders understand they are only as successful as their team.

  5. Effective leaders value strength in our diversity.
